SOLACE AT CASA GRANDE CROSSINGS

Solace at Casa Grande Crossings is a 284-unit, ground-up multifamily community in the high-growth Phoenix suburb of Casa Grande. The property sits just off the city’s primary intersection—Interstate 10 and Florence Boulevard—an area with more than 1.3 million square feet of retail, including In-N-Out Burger, Chick-fil-A, Dutch Bros, Walgreens, Chase Bank, Harkins Theatres, Kohl’s, and many others. Casa Grande, the seventh fastest-growing city in America, has become one of the strongest job-growth stories in the greater Phoenix region, led by Lucid Motors and its 5,000-job manufacturing hub. The project is a traditional 2- and 3-story garden-style development featuring spacious units and expansive grounds. It represents the fifth iteration of our Solace brand and our second development in the Phoenix market. Solace at Casa Grande Crossings includes 20 residential buildings and a fully appointed clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center (including studio and indoor/outdoor spaces), a pool deck and spa, co-working space, a hospitality-driven lobby, and a club room. Construction was completed in 2025, and the community is currently in lease-up. In November 2025, Solace at Casa Grande Crossings was awarded First Place for Best Apartment Complex in Casa Grande at the Greatest of the Grande 2025 Awards.

Ryan Tobias, Managing Partner

Ryan is a Managing Partner of Jackson Dearborn Partners. He oversees all elements of the JDP business including acquisitions, site selection, fundraising, and investor relations. Prior to founding Jackson Dearborn Partners, Ryan worked at brokerage firms Marcus and Millichap and Newmark Knight Frank before starting Triad Real Estate Partners in 2010. Triad is a leading broker of student housing and multi-family in the Midwest completing nearly $1.6 billion in sales since inception. Following the success of Triad, he launched JDP with Shaun Buss and Sean Lyons in 2014 with the goal of building out a vertically integrated real estate investment portfolio.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Michigan and after a decade in Chicago, moved back to Ann Arbor where he now resides with his wife Brittany and their two children.
